LIMITED TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Public are hereby informed that the unserviceable Car Tyres/Automobile Spares/Scraps of this office as listed below will be disposed off in as-is-where-is condition by Limited Tender-cum-Auction sale on 22-02-2024 by 11.00 a.m.

The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/ auction sale and should clear the sold materials at his/her own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the office will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST will be charged extra as applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.

8. The intending tenderers can inspect the articles during the office hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on any working day, but, on or before the date of receipt of sealed tenders at this office with the permission of the undersigned.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be final and binding on all the tenders/auction. If, the tender/auction date falls in a holiday, the tender/ auction sale will be held on the next working day.

11. Along with the tender, a copy of all the following self-attested documents should be submitted by the tenderers.

(A) Aadhaar Card

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to "The Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Puducherry" duly superscripted on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of old unserviceable Car Tyres/Automobile Spares/Scraps" and should reach this office on or before 20-02-2024 by 5.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on 22-02-2024 by 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers if any, in the Chamber of "The Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Puducherry".

2. The tender will be awarded to the highest tenderer on the spot.

3. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned, then the public auction will be conducted on the spot keeping the highest tender amount as the minimum upset price for bid of auction.

(B) Valid GST Certificate

12. Individuals/Partner of a Firm who have/been punished under Criminal Precedence Code/Indian Penal Code or any criminal case is under process, is not eligible for participating in the tender-cum-auction. If, any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by them/him/her will be cancelled and their/his/her earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

13. If, any or all participant(s) misbehave(s) during the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place of auction and also his/her/their tender(s) will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

14. Any other person other than the tenderer or his/her authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tenders/auction process.

15. This office will not in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles, once the tender/auction in finalized. No claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained. 4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money of ` 1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) along with sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded on the same day soon after completion of the tender/auction sale. J. DAYALANE, Secretary.
