[243]19 March 2024] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 251 In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the abovesaid industry, are invited to reach the undersigned within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.

The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by Mannadipet Commune Panchayat.

AFFIDAVIT

I, Kaliyappan, son of Ezhumalai, aged about 55 years, residing at No. 20, North Mettu Street, Veerampattinam, Puducherry-605 007, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm and state on oath as follows:

That my name has been mentioned as 'Kaliyappan' in my Aadhaar Card No. XXXX XXXX 7432 and also in my PAN Card No. BOJPK3293M.

I state that my name has been mentioned as 'Caliappane' in my Birth Certificate, issued by Ariyankuppam Commune Panchayat, Puducherry under Registration No. AC/A/1968/000136.
