Terms and Conditions

Sealed tenders superscripted on the Envelope as "Tender for the purchase of old newspapers and magazines" and should reach the Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, on or before 15-05-2024 (Wednesday) at 3.30 p.m. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.45 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers, who are present.

1 . T h e i n t e n d i n g t e n d e r e r s s h o u l d d e p o s i t an earnest money of ` 500 (Rupees five hundred only) while submitting the tenders.

2. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded after finalizing the tender.

3. Tenders received after the stipulated date and time will not be accepted.

4. The successful tenderer should pay the amount in full immediately and remove the articles at his/her own cost.

5. The Principal, Avvaiyar Government College for Women, Karaikal, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning reasons thereof.

6. GST will be collected on the sale of old newspapers and magazines as per the rates prevailing at the time of disposal/sales.

7. The intending tenderers can inspect the items during working hours with the permission of the Principal.
