NOTIFICATION
The sanction is accorded for the creation of One Supernumerary Post in the Cadre of District Judge (Entry Level) in the Headquarters, i.e., at Puducherry temporarily in the Scale of Pay as per the G.O. Ms. No. 1/2024-LD., Law Department of Puducherry, dated 19-01-2024, i.e., Level J-5 ( 1,44,840 – 1,94,660) for a period of fourteen months, so as to enable the Trainee District Judge, to draw the minimum salary in the Scale of Pay in the post of District Judge during the period of training as ordered in the G.O. Ms. No. 1/2024-LD., Law Department of Puducherry, dated 19-01-2024.
LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT [ PART-I 594 5942. Orders for issuance of Notification for increasing the strength of District Munsiffs and Sub-Judges at Headquarters, i.e., Puducherry, etc., shall be issued separately.
3. The place of training for the newly recruited District Judge (Entry Level) shall be issued by the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras.
4. The order shall be subject to the following conditions:
(a) observance of the guidelines/conditions as provided in the Office Memorandum No.F.No. 7(l)/E.Coord-l/2017, dated 05-01-2024 (Pg. 14/col).
(b) availability of sufficient funds under the relevant Head of Account in the Budget of the Judicial Department.
5. This order is issued with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide its I.D.No. 028/FC/FD/F3/2024-25, dated 10-05-2024.
