Whereas, certain land is required for the public purpose viz., "For provision of free house sites to poor landless Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Economically Backward Class People" at Ariyur Revenue Village of Villianur Taluk, Puducherry District.

In the process of the said acquisition proceedings, under rule 9(1) of Puducherry Right to Fair Compensation and Transparancy in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2016, the State Social Impact Assessment Team has been constituted to carry out the Social Impact Assessment Study in the affected areas of 52-Ariyur Revenue Village of Villianur Taluk, Puducherry District.

2 Survey (organization) Tahsildar, Taluk Office, Villianur shall complete the survey of proposed area under acquisition within 15 days from the date of publication of this Notification.

3 Public Hearing(s) The Social Impact Assessment (SIA) Unit will decide the time and place for public hearing before submitting Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report.

4 Time-line The Social Impact Assessment (SIA) Team shall commence the study within thirty days from the issue of this Notification.The Social Impact Assessment (SIA) report and Social Impact Assessment Management Plan (SIMP) to be completed by the SIA Team within six months from the date of commencement of study and to be published in the Official Website and on the notice-board of the concerned offices/authorities.

7. The Social Impact Assessment Team shall submit its report in Form-III and SIMP in Form-IV, as per rule 7(4) of the Puducherry Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Rules, 2016, within a period of six months from the date of its commencement.

Whereas, the Department of Revenue and Disaster Management, Government of Puducherry, has already introduced online e-stamping certificates for paying stamp duty and digital e-stamping for Digital Document Execution (DDE) and issued guidelines vide this Office Notification No. 2042/Rev-C3/2003/Vol.V, dated 16-09-2020 to issue online e-Stamp Certificate by the Central Record Keeping Agency M/s. Stock Holding Corporation (SHCIL) and for digital e-stamping for Digital Document Execution (DDE) by the Banks/ Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) by National e-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) using M/s. SHCIL's platform.

And whereas, the National e-Governance Services Ltd. (NeSL) has requested to permit the issuance of digital e-stamping for DDE for three (3) additional Articles of Instruments which are not compulsorily registerable.

The approved list of Articles for issue of digital e-stamping for Digital Document Execution (DDE) by NeSL is tabulated below:
