Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, in consultation with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate/reallocate to the Ministers, the Business of the Government, in so far as they are required to aid and advise the Lieutenant-Governor under section 44 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963 to Thiru A.K. Sai J. Saravanan Kumar, Hon’ble Minister for Adi Dravidar Welfare and Thiru P.R.N. Thirumurugan, Hon’ble Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs.

NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 4 of the Business of the Government of Puducherry (Allocation) Rules, 1963, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, in consultation with the Chief Minister, is pleased to allocate/reallocate to the Ministers, the Business of the Government as below, in so far as they are required to aid and advise the Lieutenant-Governor under section 44 of the Government of Union Territories Act, 1963:–

(I) Thiru A.K. Sai J. Saravanan Kumar,

Hon'ble Minister for Adi Dravidar Welfare

(i) Adi Dravidar Welfare;

(ii) Fire Services;

(iii) Minority Affairs.

(II) Thiru P.R.N. Thirumurugan,

Hon'ble Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs

(i) Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs;

(ii) Housing;

(iii) Art and Culture;

(iv) Economics and Statistics.

All other subjects which are not allocated will be looked after by the Hon'ble Chief Minister.
