NOTIFICATION

Based on the recommendations of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras vide D.O. Letter No. 39881-A/2022/JRC, dated 30-11-2023 of the Registrar General, Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to appoint Thiru K. Dhamodharan, Advocate, as the District Judge (Entry Level) on purely temporary and ad hoc basis in the Puducherry Judicial Service with effect from the date of his assumption of charge as District Judge (Entry Level).

2. He will draw the Pay in the Scale of Pay of Level J-5 (` 1,44,840 – ` 1,94,660) plus other allowances as admissible under the rules in force.

(vii) Shall ensure that the Poojas and Festivals are conducted according to the customs followed by the Devasthanam;

(viii) Shall collect all debts and funds due to the Institution and secure them from the loss or risk of loss;

(ix) Shall ensure that appropriate proceedings are instituted to effect all debts and funds due to the Institution or recovery thereof and also to defend such action against the Institution in respect of the property of the Institution;

Adverting to the Order, dated 30-06-2023 of the H o n ' b l e H i g h C o u r t o f J u d i c a t u r e a t M a d r a s i n W. P. N o s . 3 4 7 2 6 o f 2 0 2 2 a n d 3 2 4 1 o f 2 0 2 3 , a n d G.O. Ms. No. 1/CHRI/T.2/2023, dated 14-07-2023, and in exercise of the powers conferred under the Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972, Thiru R. Kovalan, S/o. V. Ramapathiran, Assistant Professor of Tamil, Tagore Government Arts and Science College, Puducherry, is hereby appointed as Temple Administrative Officer of Arulmigu Shri Senkazhuneeramman Thirukoil, Muthirayarpalayam, Oulgaret Municipality, P u d u c h e r r y, o n h o n o r a r y b a s i s . The Temple Administrative Officer shall administer the said Devasthanam as envisaged in the provisions of the Puducherry Hindu Religious Institutions Act, 1972 and the rules framed thereunder.

(x) Shall not connive at or facilitate any act or conduct of another person which would involve a breach of trust or occasion risk or loss to the property belonging to the Institution;

(xi) Shall strictly conform to and carry out the terms and shall not encumber the properties of the Institution by persistently incurring expenditure beyond the limits of the income of the property of the Institution;

(xii) Shall not in any way make use of the property of the Institution or of his position as Temple Administrative Officer, for his self-interest or private advantage; and shall be personally responsible for the exercise of his judgment and for performance of his duty and he cannot, therefore, escape responsibility by leaving to another person the exercise of judgment or the performance of that duty.

The Temple Administrative Officer, shall hold office for a period of three years from the date of its appointment, unless in the meanwhile removed or dismissed or on resignation is accepted or otherwise cease to be Temple Administrative Officer.

Important duties and responsibilities of the Temple

Administrative Officer are given below :

In exercise of the powers conferred under section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, Thiru K.Dhanabalan, Co-operative Officer was appointed vide reference 1st cited as "Liquidator" for Puducherry region in respect of Co-operative Societies Liquidated under section 126 of the said Act.

(2) Whereas, Thiru C. Saravanan, Senior Inspector is transferred and posted as "Liquidator", vice the said Thiru K. Dhanabalan Co-operative Officer vide reference 2nd cited. The said Thiru C. Saravanan, Senior Inspector reported for duty, vide reference 3rd cited and assumed charges as Liquidator.

(3) In view of the above and in exercise of the powers conferred under section 127 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Act, 1972, read with rule 66 of the Puducherry Co-operative Societies Rules, 1973, the undersigned hereby appoints Thiru C. Terms and Conditions

11. Along with the tender, a copy of all the following self-attested documents should be submitted by the tenderer/bidder.

(a) Aadhaar Card

(b) Valid GST Certificate

1. The sealed tenders should be addressed to the Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for purchase of iron scrap, sheet metal and plastic scrap" and should reach this office on or before 21-08-2024 by 5.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened on 22-08-2024 by 11.00 a.m. in the presence of the tenderers those who are present if any, in the chamber of the Secretary, Legislative Assembly Secretariat, Puducherry.

2. The tenders will be awarded to the highest tenderer on the spot.

3. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned, then the public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as the minimum upset price for bid of auction.

4. The intending tenderers should deposit an earnest money deposit of `1,000 (Rupees one thousand only) along with the sealed tenders. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers/bidders will be refunded on the same day soon after completion of the tender/auction sale.

5. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the tender/ auction sale and should clear the sold materials at his/her own arrangements/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the office will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or for loss or damage of articles once the tender/auction sale is over.

6. GST will be charged extra as applicable at the time of tender/auction sale.

7. No claim on the quantity or quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender/auction sale is over.

8. The intending tenderers/bidders can inspect the articles during the office hours from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon on any working day but on or before the date of receipt of sealed tenders at this office with the permission of the undersigned.

9. The tenders offered after the due date and time will be rejected.

10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders/bids without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders. If, the tender/auction date falls on a Public holiday, the tender/auction sale will be held on the next working day.

12. Individuals/Partner of a firm who have/has been punished under Criminal Procedure Code/IPC or any Criminal Case is under process, is not eligible for participating in the tender-cum-auction. If, any false representation is found during the tender/auction process, the tender/bid(s) offered by him/her/them will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

13. If, any or all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s)/bidders will be removed from the place of auction and also his/her tenders will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.

14. Any other person other than the tenderer/ bidder or his/her authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tender/auction process.

15. This office will not in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of the sold articles, once the tender is finalised. No claim on the quantity and quality of the materials will be entertained.
