NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-clause (iv) of clause (n) of sect ion 2 o f the Indust rial Disputes Ac t, 1947 (Cent ral Act XI V of 194 7), the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to declare the Electricity Department of the Government of Puducherry, as a "Public Utility Service" for a further period of six months from 09-08-2024 to 08-02-2025 in the exigencies of public interest.
