The successful tenderer should remove the old newspapers at his/her own cost within 24 hours of acceptance of his/her tender after remitting the total cost of newspapers and sales tax thereon at the prevailing rules. The successful tenderer should make his/her own arrangements to weigh the old newspapers.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept, reject or postpone the sale without assigning any reasons thereof.

10. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
