10. The intending tenderers/bidders can inspect the articles during office hours in the office store with the permission of the undersigned.
11. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
12. A separate rate must be quoted on each items.
13. The highest bid rate will be valid for one year from the date of the issue of the acceptance letter by the undersigned.
14. GST will be collected on the sale of old newspapers, magazines and waste papers as per the rates prevailing at the time of disposal/sale. Bidders/ tenderers with Registered Goods and Services Tax (GST) only must allow participate in the tender/auction processes.
