The objections, so received within the specified period will be considered by the Special Officer of Villianur Commune Panchayat.

That I was a Christian by birth. My birth name was 'Augastin Paul'. Recently, I had embraced Islamic faith. Upon conversion of religion, I had renounced my birth name 'Augastin Paul' and assumed to myself the Muslim name as 'Abdul Rahman'.

I, Ajith Selvam, son of Vijayamani, aged about 27 years and residing at No. 86, Tsunami Nagar, Kottucherrymedu, Kottucherry Commune, Karaikal, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm, and state on oath as follows:

That I am the deponent herein and I am well aware

of the facts of my deposition.

Hence, I hereby declare that henceforth I shall be known, called, referred and identified only as 'Abdul Rahman'.
