NOTICE INVITING E-TENDERS FOR SUPPLY OF PAPER AND BOARD ITEMS FOR THE YEAR 2024-25

the Government website https://pudutenders.gov.in. The tender details, terms and conditions, and time Schedul e may be downloaded from the website https://www.py.gov.in and https://styandptg.py.gov.in. The tenders will be processed online only and hence, hardcopy submission will not be accepted. The tenders without sample will not be considered. The last date for submission of samples is on 21-11-2024 at 5.00 p.m. and the last date for submission of both Technical and Financial tender online is on 21-11-2024 at 5.00 p.m. "e-Tenders" are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Director of Stationery and Printing, Puducherry, for centralized purchase of Paper and Board items for the year 2024-25 through e-procurement system. I state that my name is entered as 'Ashok' in my PAN Card, issued by the Income-tax Department, Government of India, bearing PAN No. EVBPA5694C.

I state that my name is entered as 'Ashok A' in my Xth Standard Mark Sheet, issued by the Member-Secretary, State Board of School Examinations, Tamil Nadu, bearing Certificate No. 8325544.

I state that my name is entered as 'Ashok' in my XIIth Standard Mark Sheet, issued by the Member- Secretary, State Board of School Examinations (Hr. Sec.), Tamil Nadu, bearing Certificate No. 2764648.

I state that my name is entered as 'Ashok A' in my Provisional Certificate, issued by Pondicherry University, Puducherry, bearing Register No. 19CO2606.

I state that my name is entered as '' in the Family Ration Card, issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Karaikal, bearing Card No. 428950.

Hence, I submit that the names described in the abovesaid records 'Ashok', 'Ashok A' and '' are referring one and the same person, i.e., myself only.

The above statements in the foregoing paragraphs are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.
