PUBLIC NOTICE
In pursuance of section 31 (2) of the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969 (No. 13 of 1970), the Karaika l P lanning Aut horit y here by appoi nts a Committe consisting of following Members to consider the objections/suggestions filed by general public and others pursuant to the Public Notice No. 327/KPA/CDP/ 2019/616, dated 11-09-2024 (published in Official Gazette No. 38, dated 17-09-2024) under section 31(1) of the said Act namely,
1. The Chief Town Planner, . . Chairman Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry.
2. The Deputy Collector (Revenue), . . Member Karaikal.
3. The Executive Engineer, . . Member (Buildings and Roads), Public Works Department, Karaikal.
2. The Committee shall submit a report on the objections/suggestions to the Karaikal Planning Authority within two months from the date of issue of this notification.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY MAHATMA GANDHI POSTGRADUATE INSTITUTE OF DENTAL SCIENCES Puducherry, dated 11th December 2024.
TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited offering the highest rate per kilogram for the sale of old condemned e-waste belonging to the Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Puducherry, in as-is-where-is condition on lot basis.
2. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned between 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on working days (Monday to Friday) with the permission of the officer concerned and obtain the list of e-waste items from him.
3. The tenderers may offer their bidding rate both in figures and words for purchase of obsolete/ unserviceable e-waste items on rate per kilogram in plain paper/letter head in a sealed cover and addressed to the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Puducherry, duly superscribing on the envelope as "Tender for the unserviceable e-waste articles".
4. The sealed tender should reach this office on or before 12.45 p.m. on 24-01-2025. The tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening of tenders. If, the last day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be received and finalized on the next working day. Tenders received after the due date and time will be summarily rejected.
5. The intending tenderers should submit demand draft in favour of the Dean, Mahatma Gandhi Postgraduate Institute of Dental Sciences, Puducherry, for an amount of 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit alongwith the tender. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender sale is over/finalized.
6. The tenderers should submit the following self-attested photocopy of the documents/certificates along with the tender. Tenders without these certificates/ documents will be rejected.

(iii) The valid e-waste recycler certificate issued by the State / Union Territory.
7. Any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by him/her/them will be cancelled and his/her/their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
8. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer is found to be not acceptable, public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid amount. In any case, not lower than upset price fixed by the e-waste condemnation Committee of this Institution.
9. Other than the tenderer/bidder or his authorized person, no one will be admitted at the time of opening the tender/auction. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be admitted once the tender is admitted.
10. If any/all participants(s) misbehave during the tender/auction process, the tenderer(s)/bidder(s) will be removed from the place of auction, also his/her/their tender/bid will be rejected and earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
11. Acceptance of the tender/auction will be intimated to the successful tenderer after finalization of the tender/auction. Successful tenderer will be allowed to clear/remove the auctioned materials.
12. The earnest money deposit of the successful tenderer will be adjusted against the sale proceeds and the earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after finalization of the tender.
13. The successful tenderer/bidder should pay the full amount immediately along with the GST amount and clear the items within 24 hours at his/her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited. T his office will not be in any way held responsible for the safe custody or any loss of sold articles.
14. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders/bids without assigning any reason thereof. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders.

GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR GOVERNMENT GENERAL HOSPITAL, YANAM Yanam, dated 11th December 2024.
TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for disposal of old condemned unserviceable items belonging to this Institution in "as-is-where-is" condition from the authorised "e-waste collection centres/recyclers/ dismantlers" (valid licence holder).
2. The tenders in a sealed cover should be addressed to the "The Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam", duly superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for disposing e-waste materials" and should reach the undersigned on or before 20-01-2025 by 4.00 p.m. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 4.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at the time of opening the tenders. If, the tender opening day happens to be a public holiday, the same will be opened on the next working day.
3. The tenderer should offer the rate for "the entire items as one lot" in their tender. Public auction will be started from the highest rate quoted by the tenderers. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder.
4. The tenderers/bidders should deposit an amount of 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit (EMD) by cash. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender/auction sale is completed, whereas, the earnest money deposit of successful tenderer/bidder will also be returned only after the official process is completed in all respects.
5. The tenderers/bidders (valid licence holder) can inspect the old/condemned unseviceable items during office hours with prior permission.
6. The following self-attested photocopy of documents/certificates must be enclosed alongwith the tenders, viz.,
(i) Valid licence in connection with authorised e-waste collection centre recyclers/dismantler.
(ii) Valid GST Certificate.
(iii) PAN Card.
(iv) Exemption from GST, if any.
7. The tenders without above-mentioned certificates/ documents will be rejected. The GST in force, if not exempted, will be applicable and charged on the amount finalised.

9. The tenderers should bring weighing scale/ machine at his/her/their own cost.
10. This office is not responsible for the safe custody of the articles once auctioned. No claim on the quantity or quality of the unserviceable electronic and electrical items will be admitted once the tender is finalized.
11. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
12. The undersigned reserves all the rights to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the Undesigned is final in case of any dispute.
13. In the public auction, the tenderers who have submitted the sealed tenders will be only allowed to participate.
