Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, on the recommendations of the High Court of Madras, is pleased to appoint Thiru D.V. Aanand, Chief Judge/ Principal District and Sessions Judge, Puducherry, as Special Judge for Puducherry, Mahe and Yanam regions of Union territory of Puducherry for the purpose of the said Act.
