The successful bidder should pay the entire amount soon after the completion of the auction and should clear the auctioned diesel at his own arrangement/cost before 5.00 p.m. on the same day, failing which the Station will not be held responsible either for the safe custody or loss or damage of items once the auction is over.

5. GST/Sales tax will be charged extra as per the rate applicable, at the time of tender sale.

6. No claim on the quantity or quality of the items will be admitted once the tender sale is over.

7. The intending bidders can inspect the items of seized diesel during the office hours on any working day but, on or before the auction date at this Food Cell(PS) with the permission of the undersigned.

8. The bids offered after the due date and time will be rejected.

9. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bidders without assigning any reason thereof. If, the auction date falls on a public holiday, the auction will be held on the next working day.

10. Auction is subjected to the discretion of the undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of any dispute.

11. Along with the bid, a copy of any one of the following self-attested documents should be submitted.

(a) Aadhaar Card;

(b) Valid Family Ration Card/Smart Card;
