The Lieutenant -Governor as Administrator of the Unionterritory of Puducherry, hereby notifies the sale of Puducherry Government Stock (Securities) of 6 year tenure for anaggregate amount o f 100 crore (Rupees one hundred crore only) [Nominal]. The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification), as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification in G.O. Ms. No. 1/FD(W&M)/2008, dated January 8, 2008 of the Finance Depar tment (Ways and Means) of the Government of Puducherry.
