Draft Bye-Laws for regulation over the Outdoor Media Devices such as hoardings, banners, wall paintings, etc., hereby notified to safeguard the public within the jurisdiction of Mahe Municipality and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 443 of the Puducherry Municipalities Act, 1973 (No. 9 of 1973).
