TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE 1. Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of condemned general waste items belonging to Government General Hospital, Yanam by the undersigned.
9. The intending tenderers can inspect the condemned articles during hospital working hours with prior permission of the concerned Head/Medical Officer in-charge of the Government General Hospital, Yanam.
10. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. For auction is subject to discretion of the undersigned whose decision will be the final in case of any dispute.
11. The following self-attested photocopy of documents/ certificates must be enclosed along with the tenders.
(I) Aadhaar Card
(II) Valid GST Certificate
(III) PAN Card
(IV) Exemption from GST, if any
2. Tenders should be sent in a sealed cover superscribed as "Tender for the purchase of general Waste" addressed to the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam-533 464, on or before 10-03-2025 at 3.00 p.m. and it will be opened on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers. In case, the prescribed date happens to be a public holiday, the tender will be opened on the immediate next working day.
3. The tenderers should deposit an amount of 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit (EMD) by cash. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers will be refunded immediately after the tender/auction sale is completed and whereas, the earnest money deposit of successful tenderer will be returned only after the official process is completed in all respects.
4. The tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
5. The rate should be quoted for a single lot system in "as is where is" basis.
6. The tenderer who has quoted the highest rate will be considered as successful bidder. If, the highest rate quoted by the tenderer is not satisfied by the undersigned, open auction will be conducted on the same day. In open auction, tenderers who have submitted sealed tenderers will only be allowed to participate.
7. The successful tenderer should pay the entire amount on completion of auction including GST as applicable under the rules in force and remove general waste items immediately on the same day before 5.00 p.m. from the premises of the Government General Hospital, Yanam at his/her/their own cost and risk, failing which the Deputy Director, Government General Hospital, Yanam shall not be responsible for either safe custody, loss or damage of the articles once the tender/auction is finalized.
8. No claim about the quantity and quality of the condemned articles will be admitted once the tender is finalized.

Terms and Conditions
