Lieutenant -Governor as Administrator of the Union territory of Puducherry, here by notifies the sale of Puducherry Government Stock ( Securities) of 8 years and 6 months t e nu r e fo r a n a ggr e ga t e amo u nt o f 300 crore (Rupees three hundred crore only) [Nominal]. The sale will be subject to the terms and conditions spelt out in this notification (called Specific Notification), as also the terms and conditions specified in the General Notification in G.O. Ms. No. 1/FD(W&M)/2008, dated January 8, 2008 of the Finance Department (Ways and Means) of the Government of Puducherry.
