1. Short title and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called
the "Old Age Pension for Fishermen (Amendment) Rules, 2025".
(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their
notification in the Official Gazette.
2. Amendment of Rule 7.— In the said rules, in sub-rule (l) of rule 7, under the heading "Quantum of assistance and sanction" the following shall be substituted, namely:-
