In exercise of the powers conferred under rule 4-2(b) of Chapter-II of Pondicherry School Education Rules (PSER), 1996, the Director of School Education, Puducherry, is pleased to issue the order of converting the category of the Government School mentioned below with effect from the academic year 2025-26 onwards :

In pursuanc e of the provisions contained in sections 67 and 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, read with the Works of Licenses Rules, 2006, approval of the Commissioner-cum-Secretary to Government (Power) is hereby accorded to notify the Scheme for "Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 110KV Cable terminal bay at existing Vengata Nagar 110/11KV Sub-station and laying of 110KV UG Cable from existing Vengata Nagar 110/11KV Sub-station to the existing 110/22KV Gas Insulated Sub-station (GIS) at JIPMER, Puducherry" and the 110KV UG cable with a route length of 5.19 kms. (approximately) shall pass through the following areas/roads:

Vengata Nagar 110/11KV Sub-station yard – Chellan Nagar – Church Street – Rainbow Nagar – Ezhil Nagar – Krishna Nagar Main Road – ECR – Proposed 110 KV La wspe t GIS Si te – E C R– Go ube r t St r e et (in Pakkamudaiyanpet) – Lawspet Main Road – Jeevananthapuram Canal Side Road – Kambilisami Madam Street – Subbaiah Nagar – JIPMER Campus – KV School Road – JIPMER 110KV GIS.

NOTIFICATION

Applications are invited for the allotment of Plots/ Sheds at Thattanchavady Industrial Estate and Kattukuppam Industrial Estate, Puducherry and Kottucherry Industrial Estate, Karaikal on lease basis.

(Annual Lease amount = l4 per Sq.mt. per annum for 27 years).

Three plots measuring 11,200 sq.ft each. (A-30, A-31 and A-36).

(iii) Kottucherry Industrial Estate, Karaikal:

(Annua l Lease amount = 575 per sq.mt. for 27 years).

One plot measuring 12,400 sq.ft. with three sheds @ 374 sq.ft. each (C-l, C-2 and C-3) in dilapidated condition.

The application for allotment of plots for industrial purpose can be obtained from the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Thattanchavady, Puducherry, during the office hours or can be downloaded from the Department website https://industry.py.gov.in. from the date of publication.

The completed applications along with D.D for 500 as application fee (non-refundable) drawn in favour of Drawing and Disbursing Officer, Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Thattanchavady, Puducherry, shall be submitted on or before 09-05-2025 by 5.45 p.m. The decision of the Allotment Committee with regard to allotment shall be the final. The applicants who had applied earlier based on the notification, dated 15-09-2020 will be included in the present notification.

The applicants are requested to fill up the information as sought in the application without leaving any column as blank.

Incomplete applications will be summarily rejected without any intimation to the applicant.
