NOTICE
The undermentioned person has requested for permission to set up the following industry within the Villianur Commune Panchayat limits as detailed below.

In conformity with rule 11 of the Puducherry Commune Panchayats (Grant of Licences and Permissions) Rules, 1976, promulgated in this Union Territory by the Puducherry Village and Commune Panchayats Act, 1973, objections, if any, to the setting up of the above industry are invited to reach the Commissioner, within ten days from the date of publication of this notice in the Official Gazette.
The objections so received within the specified period will be considered by the Villianur Commune Panchayat.

I, Malaroli, wife of Ramasamy, residing at No. 282, First Floor, 6th Cross Street, Karmaveerar Kamarajar Aasiriyar Kudiyirupu, Ottampalayam, Puducherry-605 110, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm, and state on oath as follows:
I state that my name has been mentioned as 'R Malaoli alias Pushpakarani (➢▪' in my Aadhaar Card (No. XXXX XXXX 9498), issued by Unique Identification Authority of India.
I state that my name has been mentioned as '➢▪' in our Family Ration Card No. 401476, issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.
I state that my name has been mentioned as 'Malaroli ➢)' in my Elector's Photo Identity Card No. KVY0504951, issued by Election Commission of India.
I state that my name has been mentioned as 'Malaroli alias Pushpakarani' in the Savings Bank Passbook Account No. XXXXXXX5801, issued by State Bank of India, Main Branch, Puducherry.
COMMISSIONER. Therefore, I do hereby state that all the abovesaid names are referred, identified and relate to one and the same person, that is referring myself only.
I s t a t e t h a t I am always using to write my name as 'Malaroli alias Pushpakarani' in all records, deeds and writings and in all proceedings, dealings and transactions, and hereafter I shall also use the same name for all transactions whatsoever.
The above deposition is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and nothing material has been concealed thereon.
