8. That my name is mentioned as 'Najeera Banu' in my Marriage Certificate S.M.No. 200520901, issued by Oulgaret Municipality, Puducherry.
Hence, I declare that these names i.e., 'Nasira Banu', 'Nasirabanu', 'Najeera Banu', ' ' and '' are referring one and the same person i.e., myself only.
