As per the provisions contained in the G.O. Ms. No. 11/2022-Hg., Puducherry, dated 15-12-2022 for change of Land use, the P uducher ry P lanni ng Author ity has rece ived reque sts for cha nge of Land use in the notified Comprehensive Development Plan for Puducherry Planning Area – 2036 (CDP) in respect of certain lands (as listed below). The requests have been recommended by the Puducherry Town and Country Planning Board in its 72nd meeting and concurred to call for objections / suggestions from the public regarding the following proposed Land use changes.

Therefore, Notification is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of G.O. Ms. No. 11/2022-Hg., Puducherry, dated 15-12-2022 and the area of proposed changes in Land use may be viewed in maps uploaded in the official websites of Town and Country Planning Department and Puducherry Planning Authority https://tcpd.py.gov.in and https://ppa.py.gov.in and if any, person intends to make any objection/suggestion with regard to the changes proposed may do so in writing to the Chief Town Planner, Town and Country Planning Department, Puducherry, through e-mail id : [email protected], [email protected], within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette.
