TENDER NOTICE
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for the sale of unserviceable/condemned dead stock articles as-is-where-is condition, belonging to the Directorate of Accounts and Treasuries (Branch), Mahe as shown in the Annexure.
Tenders should be superscribed as "Tender for unserviceable articles / condemned materials". Tenders should reach this office on or before 19-09-2025 at 3.00 p.m. The tenders will be opened by the undersigned on the same day at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers. The highest tenderer will be considered as successful tenderer. If, the tender date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the date for the tender sale. Each tenderer should deposit a sum of 500 (Rupees five hundred only) as earnest money deposit in cash to the Office of the Deputy Director Accounts and Treasuries, Mahe. The earnest money deposit will be refunded to the unsuccessful tenderers on the same day.

Tenders received after the due date and time will be summarily be rejected, tenders received without earnest money deposit will be rejected.
The successful tenderer should remit the full amount in cash with GST 18% as applicable in this office as per rules and clear the items within 24 hours at his / her own cost.
The intending tenderers can inspect the unserviceable articles at this office from 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on 10-09-2025.
The undersigned reserves every right to accept or reject any or all tenders received without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final.

TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old, obsolete, unserviceable articles like wooden items, old bicycles, car tyres, steel items, etc., belonging to Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Villianur, Puducherry, as detailed in the Annexure to dispose the items in "as-is-where-is-condition". The materials are kept in the Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Villianur, Puducherry.
Terms and Conditions
The intending tenderers may inspect the items kept in the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Villianur, Puducherry from 04-09-2025 to 10-09-2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. in the above dates.
2. The tenderers may offer their overall tender rate (not individual item wise rate) for all the enlisted items both in figure and words in the prescribed format in a sealed cover.
3. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Revenue Complex, Villianur, Puducherry, superscribed on the envelope as Tender for "Disposal of old, obsolete and unserviceable articles" and should reach this office on or before 10-09-2025 at 2.30 p.m. The auction will be conducted in the chamber of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Revenue Complex, Villianur, Puducherry.
4. The tenders will be opened on 12-09-2025 at 4.00 p.m. in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening. If, the tender date happens to be a public holiday, the same will be received and finalized on the next working day at the same time. The tender received after the due date and time will summarily be rejected.
5. The intending tenderers should deposit an amount of 2,000 (Rupees two thousand only) in cash as earnest money deposit (EMD) at the time of submitting the tender. The earnest money deposit amount for unsuccessful tenderers will be returned immediately after the tender process is over / finalized. The tender without earnest money deposit will summarily be rejected.
6. The tenderers should submit the following with self-attested photocopies (i) Valid GSTIN (ii) PAN Card and (iii) Aadhaar Card.
7. If, any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender submitted by him / her / them will be cancelled and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
8. If, any participants misbehave during the tender process, the tenderer(s) will be removed from the place, also their tenders will be rejected and earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. The successful tenderer should remit the tender amount to the Cashier, Office of the Deputy Collector (Revenue) South, Villianur, Puducherry, immediately after finalization of the tender. Applicable rate of GST will be charged on the tender amount as per rules.
10. The entire unserviceable materials should be removed within 24 hours after finalization of the tender at his / her own risk and cost. No claim on the quantity and quality of the articles will be entertained once the tender is finalized. This office will not be held any responsibility for the items, once the tender is finalized.
11. The undersigned reserves the right to accept / reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof, in the public interest.
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of the undersigned will be the final.
