The Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, is pleased to make the following rules to further amend the “Rules for Spot Exemption of Sales Tax on High Speed Oil (HSD) and Reimbursement of diesel subsidy maximum of 12 per litre together to marine fishermen” under Marine Sector Schemes “Development of Marine Fisheries through Mechanization and Reimbursement of Sales Tax.
