[869]9 December 2025] LA GAZETTE DE L'ETAT 937 GOVERNMENT OF PUDUCHERRY INDIRA GANDHI GOVERNMENT GENERAL HOSPITAL AND POSTGRADUATE INSTITUTE Puducherry, dated 25th November 2025.
TENDER-CUM- AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned for sale of below mentioned waste items belonging to the Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry for a period of one year from 19-12-2025 to 18-12-2026.
2. The rate should be quoted for each item as follows:-

3. The intending tenderers may inspect the items at the office of the undersigned between 10.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m. from 15-12-2025 to 17-12-2025 with the prior permission of the officer concerned. Sale of Tender-Form can be had in person on payment of 100 plus GST as admissible (non-refundable) from 15-12-2025 to 17-12-2025 up to 11.00 a.m.
4. Sealed tenders in the prescribed Tender-Form should be addressed to the Medical Superintendent, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry, superscripted as "Tender for sale of Waste Material" should be reach to this office on or before 26-12-2025 by 12.00 noon. Each tenderer should enclose a Demand Draft for an amount of 10,000 drawn in favour of the Junior Accounts Officer, Indira Gandhi Government General Hospital and Postgraduate Institute, Puducherry as earnest money deposit.
5. Tenders will be opened on 26-12-2025 at 3.30 p.m. at the office of the undersigned in the presence of the tenderers who are present at the time of opening.
6. If, the highest tender amount offered by the tenderer, the rate is found to be not acceptable by the undersigned and go to public auction will be conducted on the spot, keeping the highest tender amount as minimum bid.
7. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents / certificates must be enclosed along with tender. Tender without these documents / certificates will summarily be rejected.
(i) Valid GST Certificate.
(ii) PAN Card.
(iii) Any one of Aadhaar Card / valid Family Ration Card / valid Driving Licence.
8. Individuals / partner of a firm who has / have been punished under Criminal Procedure Code or any criminal case is under process is not eligible for participated in the Tender-cum-Auction. Any false representation is found during the tender process, the tender offered by him / her / them will be cancelled and his / her / their earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
9. If any / all participant(s) misbehaves during the tender / auction process, the tenderer(s) / bidder(s) will be removed from the place of auction, also his / her / their tender / bid will be rejected and the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
10. The successful tenderer 's / bidder 's earnest money deposit amount returned after end of valid period, i.e., from 27-12-2025 to 26-12-2026 or adjusts in the last removal of the items value. The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers / bidders will be discharged / returned immediately. Also, the successful tenderer / bidder has to remove the waste items in a monthly basis by settling the amount.
11. Other than tenderer / bidder or his / her authorized person will not be admitted at the time of opening the tender and auction.
12. Acceptance of tender / bid will be intimated to the successful bidder after finalization of the tenders. Successful tenderer / bidder only will be allowed to clear / remove the materials.
13. The successful tenderer / bidder should pay the sale proceeds amount immediately and the GST on the sale proceeds should be paid by the tenderer directly to the GST Account on reverse charge basis and the GST payment receipt should be produced to this Hospital.

15. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof and the decision of the undersigned in this regard will be the final and binding on all the tenders.

I, Vinod Ashok Chaudhari, son of Ashok Vaman Chaudhari, aged about 44 years, and residing at Room No. 10, Second Floor, Type 5B New quarters, Building No. 2, near new guest house, JIPMER, Dhanvantry Nagar, Puducherry-605 006, do hereby solemnly and sincerely affirm, and state on oath as follows:
That I am the deponent herein and behalf of my minor son and I am well aware of the facts of my deposition.
I state that my minor son's name is mentioned as 'Yaksh' in his Birth Certificate, bearing Certificate No. BC/2014/G/5779, issued by Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
I state that my minor son's name is mentioned as 'Yaksh Vinod Chaudhari (➢' in his Aadhaar Card vide No. XXXX XXXX 6980, issued by Unique Identification Authority of India.
I state that his name is entered as 'Yaksh Vinod Chaudhari' in his School Identity Card No. 10233, issued by the Principal, Kendriya Vidyalaya No.1, JIPMER Campus, Puducherry.
I state that his name is entered as ' ➢' in my Family Ration Card No. 235755, issued by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Puducherry.
I state that all the abovesaid of my minor son's names viz., 'Yaksh', 'Yaksh Vinod Chaudhari ( ➢' and ' ➢' are denoting one and the same person, they referring my minor son only.
Hereafter my minor son shall be known and identified as 'Yaksh Vinod Chaudhari ( ➢' only for all purposes.
The above deposition is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, belief and nothing material has been concealed therein.
