Puducherry, dated 05th December 2025.
TENDER-CUM-AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for disposal of old unrepairable / unserviceable / obsolete condemned articles such as wooden and steel furnitures and miscellaneous items belonging to this Institution, in "as-is-where-is" condition.
2. The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to "The Principal, Thanthai Periyar Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry- 605 007", duly superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for disposing old unserviceable obsolete items" and shall reach the undersigned on or before 09-01-2026 by 1.00 p.m. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at that time. If, the scheduled date of tender / auction happens to be a public holiday, the date of opening of tenders will automatically be postponed to the next working day at the same time.
3. The tenderer should offer rate for "the entire items as one lot" in his / her tender. Public auction will be started from the highest rate quoted by the tenderers / bidders. The sale will be effected only to the highest bidder.
4. The tenderers / bidders should deposit an amount of 4,000 (Rupees four thousand only) as earnest money deposit (EMD) in cash. The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers / bidders will be refunded immediately after the tender / auction sale is completed, whereas, the earnest money deposit of successful tenderer / bidder will be returned only after the official process is completed in all aspects.
5. The following self-attested photocopy of the documents / certificates must be enclosed along with the tenders, viz.,
(i) Valid GST Certificate
(ii) PAN Card and
(iii) Aadhaar Card / Valid Family Ration Card / Valid Driving Licence.
The tenders without the above-mentioned certificates / documents will be rejected.
6. Tenders received after the due date and time will not be entertained.
7. The undersigned reserves all the right to accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof. The decision of the undersigned is the final in case of any dispute.
8. In the public auction, the tenderers / bidders who have submitted sealed tenders only will be allowed to participate.
9. The successful tenderer / bidders should pay the entire amount immediately after the tender / auction and clear the items on the same day at his / her own risk and cost, failing which the earnest money deposit will be forfeited.
10. The tenderer / bidders should bring weighing scale / machine at his / her own cost.
11. This office is not responsible for the safe custody of the articles once auctioned. No claim on the quantity of the unserviceable condemned articles will be admitted once the tender is finalised.

The tenders in sealed covers should be addressed to "The Principal, Thanthai Periyar Government Girls' Higher Secondary School, Ariyankuppam, Puducherry- 605 007", duly superscribed on the envelope as "Tender for disposal of E-waste items" and shall reach the undersigned on or before 06-01-2026 by 1.00 p.m. The received tenders will be opened on the same day at 3.30 p.m. in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who are present at that time. If, the scheduled date of tender / auction happens to be a public holiday, the date of opening of tenders will automatically be postponed to the next working day at the same time.

The earnest money deposit of the unsuccessful tenderers / bidders will be refunded immediately after the tender / auction sale is completed, whereas, the earnest money deposit of successful tenderer / bidders will be returned only after the official process is completed in all aspects.

The tenders / bids without the above-mentioned certificates / documents will be rejected.

I state that my name is mentioned as 'Dhakanath Sharma ( )' in my wife's Aadhaar Card vide No. XXXX XXXX 8310, issued by Unique Identification Authority of India.
I state that my name is mentioned as 'Dhaka Nath Parajuli' in my India Driving Licence vide DL No. PY01 20010001230, issued by Transport Department, Puducherry.
I state that my name is mentioned as 'Dhaka Nath Parajuli' in my PAN Card vide No. CEFPP7009K, issued by Income-tax Department, Government of India.
I state that my name is mentioned as 'Dhaka Nath Parajuli' in my Transfer Certificate vide No. 727, issued by Directorate of Distance Education, Annamalai University.
I state that my name is mentioned as '' in my daughter Sharmila Parajuli's Transfer Certificate vide Serial No. 127/2016, issued by Kuyilappalayam Higher Secondary School, Vanur Taluk, Villupuram District.
