Anand Marriage Act, 1909 (Act No. 7 of 1909), read with the Notification in S.O. No. 1467(E), dated 19th April, 2016 of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, the Lieutenant-Governor, Puducherry, hereby makes the following rules to provide for the registration of Anand Marriages.
