TENDER-CUM-PUBLIC AUCTION NOTICE Sealed tenders are invited for the sale of old, obsolete, unserviceable articles like wooden items, old bi-cycles, car tyres, steel items, etc., of Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Puducherry, as detailed in the Annexure to dispose the items "as-is-where-is- condition". The materials are kept in the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Puducherry.

Terms and Conditions

1. The intending tenderer may inspect the items kept in the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Thattanchavady, Puducherry mentioned-above from 19-01-2026 to 20-01-2026 (from 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m in the above dates).

2. The tenderer may offer their overall tender rate (not individual item-wise rate) for all the enlisted items both in figure and words in the prescribed format in a sealed cover.

3. The tender in sealed cover should be addressed to the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Thattanchavady, Puducherry superscribed on the envelope as Tender for "Disposal of Old, Obsolete and Unserviceable Articles" and should reach this office on or before 23-01-2026 at 2.30 p.m. The tender will be conducted in the Office of the Deputy Collector (Excise), Thattanchavady, Puducherry.
