ਨੰ: 01/128/2019-1ਕੈਬ/2341.-ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰ.01/128/2019-1ਕੈਬ/ 1584853/1 ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪ੍ਰੀਸ਼ਦ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ 16.9.2019 ਨੂੰ ਹੋਈ ਮੀਟਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਲਏ ਗਏ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਵਾਰਾ ਪਸ਼ੂਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਹੱਲ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਸਬ-ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੋਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੇਠ ਲਿਖੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਸਬ-ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹ ਸਬ-ਕਮੇਟੀ ਮਿਤੀ 15.5.2020 ਤੱਕ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ:-
1. ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
2. ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
3. ਪਸ਼਼ੂ ਪਾਲਣ, ਮੱਛੀ ਪਾਲਣ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਅਰੀ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
4. ਸਿਹਤ ਤੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਭਲਾਈ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
5. ਲੋਕ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
6. ਉਦਯੋਗ ਤੇ ਕਮਰਸ ਮੰਤਰੀ।
