No. 17/05/2016-5hg2/885.-In the exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 of The Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and all other powers enabling on that behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to retire Sh. Jagdish Singh Khushdil on 23-02-2020 from the post of Member, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Punjab on attaining the age of 65 years.
