NOTIFICATION

The 18th May, 2020

No.:5/50/2015-5lg4/808.–In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 71 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 and Section 157 of the Punjab Municipal Corporation Act, 1976 and in continuation of the notification issued vide no.5/50/2017-5lg4/280 dated 12.02.2020 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to extend the time limit of One Time Settlement policy for recovery of arrears of Water and Sewerage charges in the Urban Local Bodies of the State of Punjab up to 30th June 2020. This extension begins from the expiration of the time allowed vide notification dated 12.02.2020.
