No. 10/130/88-4HBIV/ 497.-In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Sec. 16A(1)(2) of chapter-V, section 17 (5) to (9) of the Pre-conception and Pre-natal Diagnostic Techniques (Prohibition of Sex Selection) Act, 1994, (57 of 1994) amended w.e.f. 14th February, 2003, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to reconstitute the State Level Advisory Committee to aid and advise the State Appropriate Authority in the discharge of his functions as under:-
