ਨੰ: 1-ਐਸ.ਐਲ.ਸੀ./2020-21/38.-ਇਸ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਦੀ ਅਧਿਸੂਚਨਾ ਨੰ.1-ਐਸ.ਐਲ.ਸੀ./2020-21/23, ਮਿਤੀ 18 ਮਈ, 2020 ਦੀ ਲਗਾਤਾਰਤਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ-ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180(3) ਅਧੀਨ ਅੱਜ ਮਿਤੀ 21 ਮਈ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਸ. ਬਰਿੰਦਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪਾਹੜਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ ਦੀ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਡਾ. ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਲਈ ਅਧੀਨ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

No. 1-SLC-2020-21/38.–In continuation to this Secretariat's Notification No. 1-SLC-2020-21/23, dated the 18th May, 2020, the Hon'ble Speaker has been pleased to nominate Dr. Raj Kumar in place of Sardar Barindermeet Singh Pahra, MLA to serve on the Committee on Subordinate Legislation on today, the 21st May, 2020 for the year 2020-21, under Rule 180 (3) of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly).
