ਨੰ: 1-ਪੀ.ਏ.ਸੀ./2020-21/42.- ਸਰਦਾਰ ਬਲਦੇਵ ਸਿੰਘ ਖਹਿਰਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ ਨੇ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਲਈ ਲੋਕ ਲੇਖਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਮਿਤੀ 8 ਜੂਨ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਲੋਕ ਲੇਖਾ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਮਿਤੀ 8 ਜੂਨ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਦਿਲਰਾਜ ਸਿੰਘ ਭੂੰਦੜ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180 ਦੇ ਉਪ ਨਿਯਮ (3) ਅਧੀਨ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।

The 8th June, 2020
No.1-PAC/2020-21/ 42.- Sardar Baldev Singh Khaira M.L.A. , has resigned from the Membership of the Committee on Public Accounts for the year 2020-21 which has been accepted by the Hon'ble Speaker on 8th June, 2020.
In the vacancy thus caused the Hon'ble Speaker has nominated Sardar Dilraj Singh Bhunder on 8th June, 2020 under Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 180 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislature Assembly) to serve on the said Committee for the remaining period of 2020-21.
