No.1-E.C.-2020-21/45.- Sardar Parkash Singh Badal, M.L.A. has resigned from the Membership of the Committee on Estimates on for the year 2020-21 on 11th June, 2020.
In the vacancy thus caused, Hon'ble Speaker has nominated Sardar Gurpartap Singh Wadala, M.L.A, on 25th June, 2020 under Sub-Rule (3) of Rule 180 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Punjab Vidhan Sabha (Punjab Legislative Assembly) to serve on the said Committee for the remaining period of the year 2020-21.

ਨੰ:1-ਈ.ਸੀ.-2020-21/45.-ਸਰਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਸ਼ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਾਦਲ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੇ ਮਿਤੀ 11 ਜੂਨ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਲਈ ਅਨੁਮਾਨ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਦੀ ਮੈਂਬਰਸ਼ਿਪ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਤੀਫਾ ਦੇ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਖਾਲੀ ਹੋਈ ਥਾਂ ਤੇ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਸਪੀਕਰ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਨੇ ਮਿਤੀ 25 ਜੂਨ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਗੁਰਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਡਾਲਾ, ਐਮ.ਐਲ.ਏ. ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਜ ਵਿਧੀ ਅਤੇ ਕਾਰਜ ਸੰਚਾਲਣ ਨਿਯਮਾਂਵਲੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 180 ਦੇ ਉਪ-ਨਿਯਮ(3) ਅਧੀਨ ਉਕਤ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਾਲ 2020-21 ਦੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਲਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਨਾਮਜ਼ਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ।
