No. 02/04/2020-5IP/527/1.–The Governor of Punjab in exercise of powers vested under The Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020, on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted under section 5 of The Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020, is pleased to appoint the following as Chairman and Members of The Punjab Water Regulation and Development Authority (PWRDA) as provisions of section 3 & 4 of The Punjab Water Resources (Management and Regulation) Act, 2020:-
