No.17/03/2015-4HBV/894.- In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 34 (1) and (2) of Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration & Regulation) Ordinance 2020, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Punjab State Appellate Authority for Clinical Establishments, for the functions assigned to it, as under:-
