No.17/03/2015-4HBV/910.-In exercise of the powers conferred Under Section 9 (1) and (2) of Punjab Clinical Establishments (Registration & Regulation) Ordinance 2020, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the District Registration Authority for the Clinical Establishments, for the functions assigned to it, as under:-

In case, the post of Assistant Civil
Surgeon is vacant, then the District
Immunisation Officer shall function
as a District Nodal Officer.
