1. The Development Scheme of Improvement Trust, Bathinda for an area measuring approximately 49.5 acre now known as Patel Nagar bearing layout plan drawing no. DTP(B)906/94 dated 04-08-1994 was notified by the Government under section 42 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide Notification No. 6/103/ 94-4LGII-100059 dated 31-08-1994.
2. Thereafter, the Development Scheme was amended under section 43 of the Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 vide notification no. 6/21/99/3LGII/1205 dated 24-01-2001 to the extent as shown in the layout plan drawing no. DTP(B)/1210/99 dated 18-10-1999.
3. Now, in exercise of powers conferred under section 43 of Punjab Town Improvement Act, 1922 and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord further amendment in the notified scheme layout plan as resolved by the Improvement Trust, Bathinda vide resolution on 19 dated 27-11-2015 to the extent as shown in Part layout plan drawing no. DB/BIT/05 dated 30-08-2016 which is adopted by Improvement Trust, Bathinda vide resolution no. 36 dated 08-03-2019. The Part layout plan drawing no. DB/BIT/05 dated 30-08-2016 shall be governed by the schedule of clauses of the scheme notified under section 42 of the said Act.
