NOTIFICATION

No. C.T.P. (LG)–2020/2148.-In exercise of powers conferred under section 192(1) to be read with 3(18)(b) of Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord permission for confirmation of Residential Town Planning Scheme in Municipal Council, Banur in village Banur Hadbast No. 280 Khasra no. 4145/1 (1-6), 4177/2 (1-7-10), 4148 (5-4), 9697/4147 (3-5), 7346/4178 (2-11), 7340/4150/2 (1-6-10), 7574/7338/ 4149 (3-5-0), 7574/7339/4149 (0-9-0), 10717/4152/1 (0-1-0), 7347/4178 (0-3), 4152/1/2 (1-8), 7573/7339/4149 (1-9), 10080/4151 (2-4), 10082/4152 (0-11), 4153/1 (1-14), 4154/1 (2-0), 10079/4151 (1-16), 10081/4152 (1-16), 4177/1 (3-6-10), 7340/4150/1 (0-5-10), 7576/7341/4150 (0-8), 7575/7341/4150 (2-0), 4143/1 (0-18), 4144/1 (0-18), 4145/2/2 (0-17) and 4215/1 (1-1) having area 41 Bigha 10 Biswa, which is declared un-built by Municipal Council, Banur vide Resolution No. 392 dated 29.08.2019, as under:-

(1) The land owner has given consent Municipal Council, Banur, that he is ready to give/leave 35 % of the total land coming under the roads, parks and other common areas within the scheme area without claiming any compensation from the concerned Municipal Council or Government.

(2) The land owners will themselves make development as per the specifications of the Municipal Council of the area coming in scheme, they will bear the whole expense of the developmental works, regarding this they will not make any claim from Municipal Council or Government; and

(3) The land owners will be bound to observe the directions made by the Govt. from time to time regarding the works of development and will be bound to pay the charges as per the directions issued by the Government from time to time.

North: Starting from point 'A' which is North-West Corner of Khasra no. 4178 moving 190'-0" (40K) towards East along with Northern boundary of Khasra no. 4178 upto point 'B', point 'B' lies on the Northern- Eastern corner of Khasra no. 4178. From point 'B' moving 19'-0" (4K) towards North along with Eastern boundary of Khasra no. 4177/1 upto point 'C', which is North-East corner of Khasra no. 4177/1 upto point 'D' which is North-East corner of Khasra no. 4177/1 then moving 33'-3" (7K) towards South along with Eastern boundary of Khasra no. 4177/1 upto point 'E', then moving 475'-0"(100K) towards East along with the Northen boundary of Khasra no. 4150/1, 4151, 4154/1 upto point 'F' which is North-East corner of 4151/1.

East: From point 'F' moving 351'-0" (74K) towards South along with the Eastern boundary of Khasra no. 4154/1, 4153/1 upto point 'G', which is South-Eastern corner of Khasra no. 4153/1.

South: From point 'G' moving 104'-0 (22K) towards West along with the Southern boundary of Khasra no. 4153/1 and along revenue rasta of 2 Karam upto point 'H', then moving 19'-0"(4K) towards South along with the Eastern boundary of Khasra no.4152 and along revenue rasta of 2 Karam upto point 'I', which is on South-East corner of Khasra no. 4152 and on revenue rasta of 2 Karam, then moving 190'- 0"(40K) towards West along South boundary of Khasra no. 4152 upto point 'J' which is situated on East boundary of Khasra no. 7573/7339/4149, then moving 66'-0" (14K) towards South along Eastern side of Khasra no. 7573/7339/4149 and along revenue rasta of 2 Karam upto point 'K' which is situated on South boundary of Khasra no. 7573/7339/4149 and West corner of revenue rasta of 2 Karam, where revenue rasta ends. Then moving 9'-0" (2K) towards East along Khasra no. 4143/1 upto point 'L' which is situated on North-East corner of Khasra no. 4143/1 then moving 42'-0" (9K) towards South along Eastern boundary of Khasra no. 4143/1 upto point 'M' which is South-Eastern corner of Khasra no. 4143/1. Then moving 656'-0" (138.25K) towards West along Khasra no. 4143/1, 4144/1, 4145/2/2, 4215/1 and passing through revenue rasta of 2 Karam upto point 'N', which is on South-West corner of Khasra no. 4215/1.

West: Then from point 'N' moving 109'-0" (23K) towards North along with Western boundary of Khasra no. 4215/1 upto point 'O' which is on North-West corner of Khasra no. 4215/1 and situated on revenue rasta of 2 Karam, then moving 162'-6" (34.25K) towards East along with Northern boundary of Khasra no. 4215/1, 4145/2 through revenue rasta of 2 Karam upto point P, which is situated on South-West corner of Khasra no. 4147, then moving 256'-6" (54K) towards North along with Western boundary of Khasra no. 4147 upto point 'Q' which is situated on North-West corner of Khasra no. 4147, then moving 76'-0" (24K) towards West along with Southern boundary of Khasra no. 4178 upto point 'R' which is South-West corner of Khasra no. 4178 then moving 128'-3" (27K) towards North along with Western boundary of Khasra no. 4178 upto point 'A' which is also starting point.
