No. 8/6/2017-2SWC1/777.–In exercise of Powers conferred under chapter (III) of Section 7(2), 1(e) and (8) of the Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation Act 1976, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to re-appoint (1) Sh. Harjinder Singh Thekedar, ex MLA S/o Sh. Harbhajan Singh, R/o 9, Tailor Road, Near MM Gas, Gandhi Ground, Amritsar, (2) Sh. Mohd Gulab S/o Sh. Mohd Raqib R/o H.No. 3, Street No.4, New Guru Nanak Nagar, 33feet Road, Mudian Kalan, Ludhiana (3) Smt. Swaranjit Kaur W/o Sh, Gurmukh Singh R/o H.No. 1855/F Chogeyan Wala Bagh Randhawa Road Kharar (Mohali) as Non- Official Director of the Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation.

2. In Exercise of Powers conferred under section 7(2) and 1(8) of the Act ibid, the Governor of Punjab is further pleased to re-appoint (1) Sh. Harjinder Singh Thekedar, ex MLA S/o Sh. Harbhajan Singh, R/o 9, Tailor Road, Near MM Gas, Gandhi Ground, Amritsar as Chairman and (2) Sh. Mohd Gulab S/o Sh. Mohd Raqib R/o H.No. 3, Street No.4, New Guru Nanak Nagar, 33feet Road, Mudian Kalan, Ludhiana as Vice-Chairman and (3) Smt. Swaranjit Kaur W/o Sh, Gurmukh Singh R/o H.No. 1855/F Chogeyan Wala Bagh Randhawa Road Kharar (Mohali) as Member of the Punjab Backward Classes Land Development and Finance Corporation for further One year from 04-09-2020 in contiutuion to this department earlier Notification No. 08/06/2017-2SWC1/ 1555905/1-11 dated 22-08-2019.
3. These appointments will be governed by the guidelines issued by the Department of Finance, Directorate of Public Enterprises & Disinvestment as amended from time to time
