ਨੰ:7/9/2020-3ਕੈਬ/7287.- ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨਗੀ ਹੇਠ ਮੰਤਰੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਇੰਮਪਾਵਰਡ ਕਮੇਟੀ (Empowered Committee) ਦਾ ਗਠਨ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਵਾਨਗੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ:-
1. ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ 2. ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਮੈਂਬਰ 3. ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਮੈਂਬਰ 4. ਪੇਂਡੂ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਤੇ ਪੰਚਾਇਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੈਂਬਰ 5. ਜਲ ਸਰੋਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਮੈਂਬਰ 6. ਮਾਲ, ਪੁਨਰਵਾਸ ਅਤੇ ਡਿਜਾਸਟਰ ਮੈਨੇਜਮੈਂਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੈਂਬਰ 7. ਲੋਕ ਨਿਰਮਾਣ ਮੰਤਰੀ, ਪੰਜਾਬ
ਮੈਂਬਰ 2. ਇਹ ਇੰਮਪਾਵਰਡ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਝੁੱਗੀ ਝੋਂਪੜੀ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਲਈ The Punjab Slim Dwellers (Proprietary Rights) Act, 2020 ਤਹਿਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ƒ ਮਲਕੀਅਤ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ, ਅੰਤਰ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਜਮੀਨੀ ਤਬਾਦਲੀ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਉਠਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਮਸਲਿਆਂ ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਕਰੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਇੰਮਪਾਵਖਰਡ ਕਮੇਟੀ ƒ Steering Committee ਦੁਆਰਾ ਭੇਜੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਸਿਫਾਰਸ਼ਾਂ ƒ ਵਿਚਾਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਤੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਲੈਣ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
3. ਇਸ ਕਮੇਟੀ ਲਈ ਸਕੱਤਰੇਤ ਇਮਦਾਦ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
