No. PERS-PCSOPROB/2/2019-5PCS.-ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਜੀ ਪ੍ਰਸੰਨਤਾ ਪੂਰਵਕ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਕਾਰਜਕਾਰੀ ਸ਼ਾਖਾ) ਦੇ ਹੇਠ ਦਰਸਾਏ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ) ਨਿਯਮ, 1994 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 7(1)(2) ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੇ ਉਪਬੰਧਾਂ ਅਧੀਨ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਦਰਸਾਈ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪਰਖਕਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖਸ਼ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪਰਖਕਾਲ ਦਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖਸ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ, ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਿਵਲ ਸੇਵਾਵਾਂ (ਆਮ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੀਆਂ ਸੇਵਾ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ) ਨਿਯਮ, 1994 ਦੇ ਨਿਯਮ 7(3), ਤਹਿਤ ਪਰਖਕਾਲ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਾਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਪੀ.ਸੀ.ਐਸ. (ਕਾ.ਸ.) ਦੇ ਮੁੱਢਲੇ ਸਕੇਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਕਾ ਵੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ:-
