NOTIFICATION

The 15th September, 2020

No. C.T.P. (LG)–2020/2530.–In exercise of powers conferred under section 192(1) to be read with 3(18)(b) of Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 the Governor of Punjab is pleased to accord permission for confirmation of Residential Town Planning Scheme in Municipal Council, Rajpura in village Bir Hadbast No. 52 Khasra no. 52 (62-4), 53 min (20-19) , 54 (15-12), 50 (35-10), 51 (10-01), 53 min (14-0) having area 158 Bigha 06 Biswa 00 Biswasi, which is declared un-built by Municipal Council, Rajpura vide Resolution No. 61/1 dated 29.07.2020, as under:-

(1) The land owner has given consent Municipal Council, Rajpura, that he is ready to give/leave 35 % of the total land coming under the roads, parks and other common areas within the scheme area without claiming any compensation from the concerned Municipal Council or Government.

(2) The land owners will themselves make development as per the specifications of the Municipal Council of the area coming in scheme, they will bear the whole expense of the developmental works, regarding this they will not make any claim from Municipal Council or Government; and

(3) The land owners will be bound to observe the directions made by the Govt. from time to time regarding the works of development and will be bound to pay the charges as per the directions issued by the Government from time to time.

The schedule of Boundary and area has be described in Aksh Shajra Plan (diagram no.1) as under:-

Schedule of Boundaries:

North: Starting from point 'A' "which is North west corner of Khasra no.53 moving towards East along the northern boundary of Khasra no.53 up to point 'B' which is situated at Northern Boundary of Khasra No 53 is Measuring point ' A' to 'B' is 26 Karam. Moving from Point 'B' towards south along the western boundary of School up to Point 'C' which is in Khasra no. 53 and south west corner of school. Measuring from point 'B' to 'C' is 44 Karam. Moving from Point 'C' towards East along the southern boundary of school up to Point 'D' which is in Khasra no. 53 and south east( 1422 ) PUNJAB GOVT. GAZ. (EXTRA), SEPTEMBER 30, 2020 (ASVN 8, 1942 SAKA) 1423 corner of school. Measuring from point 'C' to 'D' is 84 Karam. Moving from point 'D' towards north along the eastern boundary of school up to point 'E' which is in Khasra no. 53 and north east corner of school. Measuring from point 'D' to 'E' is 47 Karam. Moving from point 'E' towards east along the northern boundary of Khasra no 53 and north west corner of Khasra no. 52 up to point 'F' Is measuring from point 'E' to point 'F' is 13 Karam. Moving from point 'F' towards east along the northern boundary of Khasra no. 52 up to point 'G' which is the north east corner of Khasra no. 52 and 51 is measuring from point 'F to point 'G' is 303 Karam.

East : Starting from point 'G' which is situated North East corner of Khasra No. 52 and No 51 moving towards south along the East Boundary of Khasra 51 up to point 'H' which is situated at East south corner of Khasra no.51 is measuring point 'G' to 'H' is 72 Karam.

South : Starting form Point 'H' which is situated on East South corner towards Khasra no. 51 moving towards West along the southern boundary of Khasra no. 51, 52 and 54 up to point 'I' which is situated at southern boundary of Khasra no. 54 is measuring point 'H' to 'I' is 391 Karam.

West : Starting from point 'I' moving towards north along the western boundary of Khasra no. 54 and 53 up to point 'A' which is situated northern boundary of Khasra no. 53 and the starting point of the schedule of boundary is measuring from point 'I' to 'A' Is 204 Karams.
