NOTIFICATION

No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/3215.- In exercise of the Powers conferred by Sub-Rule (1) of Rule 3 of the Delimitation of Wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972 (read with amended Rule 3 (1) (vi)), and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to constitute the Delimitation Board consisting of the following members for the purpose of delimitation of wards of Nagar Panchayat, Rampura District Bathinda.

        1.   Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda or any other officer nominated by him in this behalf ;
        2.   Member of Legislative Assembly representing the concerned Nagar Panchayat, Rampura.
        3.   Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Rampura Phul;
        4.   Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Bathinda;
        5.   Administrator, Nagar Panchayat, Rampura;
        6.   Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Rampura;
        7.   Sh. Sandeep Singh Sunny S/o Sh. Shwinder Singh, Ward No. 4, Near Sidhu Hospital, Rampura
             Pind,  Distt.  Bathinda,  Mob  No.  98143-23444  (member  nominated  by  the  Government  vide
             Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA/3057,Dated 12th October 2020).
        8.   Sh. Lakhveer Singh Nabardar S/o Sh. Kuldev Singh, Ward No. 3, Near Ramdasiya Dharmshala,
             Rampura Pind, Distt. Bathinda, Mob. 98558-72245 (member nominated by the Government vide
             Notification No.5/24/2016/MEO/DA3057, Dated12th October 2020).
2.      As per provisions of Rule 5(6) of the Delimitation of wards of Municipalities Rules, 1972, the Sub-

Divisional Magistrate, Rampura Phul shall be the Chairman of the Board. In his absence, the members present shall elect one member who shall preside over the meeting of the Board as its Chairman.
