NOTIFICATION
The 12th October, 2020
No. 1/90/2020-3Cab/8074.-The Governor of Punjab is pleassed to form a committee of Ministers for interaction with the farmers who are agitating against the Agricultural Reforms Act enacted by the central government, with a view to persuade them to allow movement of essential commodities in larger public interest, and to assure them of necessary administrative and legislative steps for redressal of thier grievances. The committee will consist of:-
1. Shri Tript Rajinder Singh Bajwa, Member Rural Development & Panchayats Minister
2. Shri Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa, Member Cooperation and Jails Minister
3. Shri Sukhbinder Singh Sarkaria, Member Water Resources Minister
2. This committee would be assisted by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare.
