NOTIFICATION

The 27th October, 2020

No. 13/49/2013-3lg3/2755.-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 38,read with Section 240 of the Punjab Municipal Act, 1911 (Punjab Act No.3 of 1911) and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to make the following rules further to amend the Punjab Municipal Act Services (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 1975, namely:-

RULES

1.      (1)  These rules may be called the Punjab Municipal Service (Recruitment and Conditions of Service)
             (Amendment) Rules, 2020.
        (2)  They shall come into force on and with effect from the date of their publication in the Official
             Gazette.
2.      In the said rules, for appendix 'A', the following Appendix shall be substituted, namely:-

3-A      Punjab Municipal Service of      From amongst Municipal Engineer who have passed the Bachelor of
