No.18/18/2019-Agri.4-(5)/7564.-In exercise of powers conferred by Clause 6 of the Sugarcane Control Order-1966, read with the Govt. of India, Ministry of Food, Agriculture, Community Development and Cooperation (Department of Food), Notification No. G.S.R.1127/Ess. Com./Sugarcane dated 16th July, 1966, and all other powers enabling him in this behalf, the Governor of Punjab is pleased to transfer the villages specified in column no. 2 to the mills as per column no. 8 in compliance of the order no. 01/01/2014-Agri.-4(5)/1551 dated 04.03.2014 issued by this department.
